The ketogenic diet has been making its rounds online and in celebrity diets, and a key component of this diet is something called “Bulletproof Coffee.” It’s a power-packed way to start your morning, but over and over I hear people ask, “What if you don’t like coffee?”
No problem. All you need is a strong black tea and you can get the same great benefits of Bulletproof coffee. (dare I suggest even more benefits with the higher content of antioxidants and lower caffeine?)

Bulletproof Chai Recipe
Ingredients:
- strong black tea (we recommend Firecracker Chai or Essential Chai)
- 1 tablespoon of coconut oil or grass-fed unsalted butter
- 1 packet stevia
- (optional) 1 tablespoon MCT oil
- (optional) 1 tablespoon heavy cream
Steep your tea dark & strong. Add all ingredients to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Serve & drink immediately.
